I spent 30 years in hairdressing before I discovered what no one had ever taught me — that the scalp is the foundation of everything. The health of your hair, the state of your nervous system, the way stress lives in the body. It all begins at the root.
When I found trichology, I felt something I hadn’t felt in years. Purpose. Clarity. The sense that I was finally working at the level this work deserved.
